Sequoia Medical Group is a division of CHW Medical Foundation (CHWMF). CHWMF is a nonprofit medical foundation with locations (referred to as “care centers”) throughout California.
Sequoia Medical Group provides healthcare services to San Mateo County and Bay Area families through its professional service agreement with Foundation Physicians Medical Group, Inc. (FPMG), dba Sequoia Medical Group, Inc. Sequoia Medical Group and Sequoia Hospital are each affiliates of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW). CHW Medical Foundation also provides health education and medical research.
